What we process
ClaudeQuest processes account information, authentication records, learning goals, question attempts, progress, product feedback, subscription entitlement, support messages, and optional analytics settings to provide and improve the service.
What analytics never receives
We do not send email addresses, account IDs, question text, selected answers, written feedback, Stripe customer IDs, payment identifiers, or card details to web analytics. Optional analytics stays off until you choose it.
Service providers
We use service providers for hosting, authentication and learning data, payments, email delivery, error prevention, and optional analytics. Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy terms; ClaudeQuest receives only the identifiers and status needed to grant or manage access.
Why we process information
We process data to perform the service you request, manage subscriptions, protect accounts, answer support requests, comply with legal obligations, and improve the learning experience. Optional analytics and marketing communications rely on your separate choice where consent is required.
Retention
Account and learning records are kept while your account is active and for up to 24 months after account closure when needed for recovery, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Product feedback is kept for up to 24 months. Short-lived security and operational logs are normally kept for no more than 90 days unless an incident requires longer preservation. Payment records are retained by Stripe and as required for accounting or tax obligations.
International processing
ClaudeQuest is operated from the United States and Türkiye and uses providers that may process information in other countries. Where required, we use recognised contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.
Your choices and rights
You can change optional cookie and communication preferences through the Privacy preferences control. Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, or withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Marketing communications
Product updates and offers require a separate, voluntary email-marketing choice. Withdraw it at any time through Privacy preferences or an unsubscribe link. Account, security, purchase, and support messages are service communications rather than marketing.
