Using ClaudeQuest.

These terms form an agreement between you and Datrick, Inc., a Delaware corporation, operating ClaudeQuest from Wilmington, Delaware, United States and Istanbul, Türkiye.

Service scope

ClaudeQuest provides independent, scenario-based Claude learning and certification preparation. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. It does not guarantee exam eligibility, a passing score, employment, income, or an official certification result.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account secure, provide accurate account information, and use the service lawfully. Practice material is for your personal or authorised team learning use. Do not resell, scrape, automate access to, or redistribute the question bank, lessons, scoring logic, or other protected content.

Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically at the monthly or annual interval and price shown before checkout until you cancel renewal. Annual plans are charged once for the full year. You can manage renewal, invoices, payment method, and cancellation through Stripe's secure billing portal. Cancellation stops the next charge; access continues through the end of the paid billing period.

14-day learning-fit guarantee

Your first paid ClaudeQuest subscription is eligible for a full refund when you request it within 14 calendar days of the initial charge. Email info@datrick.com from the address on your account and include the plan name. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Renewal charges are normally non-refundable, except for duplicate or erroneous charges and where applicable law requires otherwise.

Prices, taxes, and third-party costs

Prices and billing intervals are displayed before checkout. Applicable taxes may be added by Stripe. A Claude, Claude Code, or Anthropic API subscription and usage are separate third-party costs and are not included with ClaudeQuest.

Existing lifetime purchases

One-time lifetime access purchased before the subscription catalogue was introduced remains available for the certification and features included at purchase. Starting a newer subscription does not remove that grandfathered entitlement when the subscription ends.

Payments and communication choices

Stripe processes payments; ClaudeQuest does not store complete card numbers. Marketing consent is separate from account creation and purchase and is never required for access. Service messages about security, account access, billing, and material product changes may still be sent when necessary.

Content and product changes

Claude products, certification objectives, source material, and exam policies can change. ClaudeQuest may update questions, lessons, weights, or features to keep the service current. Material subscription or term changes will be communicated before they take effect where required.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep ClaudeQuest accurate and available, but the service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted access or error-free content. You remain responsible for verifying consequential technical, business, and exam decisions against current primary sources.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without removing any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern directly.
